She was a proud Funeral Director / 2-time mortician of the year / Embalmer / CEO, and Owner of The New Bentley-Carson Memorial Funeral Home of Cordele and Crisp County, Georgia. She was also the co-owner of Bentley's Funeral Home of Reynolds, Taylor County, Georgia. She was a past Board Of Education Member of Crisp County and Past Worthy Matron and a life member of Garden Valley Chapter No. 40 OES of Garden Valley, Ga.
