Mother Eloyse Bentley-Lockhart, 83, Funeral Director / Embalmer / Business Owner of Cordele, Georgia went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, October 2, 2016, at her residence surrounded by family in Perry, Georgia.

She was a proud Funeral Director / 2-time mortician of the year / Embalmer / CEO, and Owner of The New Bentley-Carson Memorial Funeral Home of Cordele and Crisp County, Georgia. She was also the co-owner of Bentley's Funeral Home of Reynolds, Taylor County, Georgia.  She was a past Board Of Education Member of Crisp County and Past Worthy Matron and a life member of Garden Valley Chapter No. 40 OES of Garden Valley, Ga.
