Mr. Montavious T. Evans 27 years old, better known as Tae of 1205 South 13th Street Apt. A Cordele, Georgia passed away on Monday, June 27, 2016 in the Crisp Regional Hospital of Cordele Georgia.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, July 16, 2016 at 3:00 p. m. in the sanctuary of the New Light International Outreach of 1005 North 10th Street in Cordele, Georgia.  The burial will follow at the New Zion Baptist Church Cemetery of 184 Dixon Road in Cobb, Georgia.

Visitation hours are as followed: Friday, July 15, 2016 from 10-7pm at the Funeral Home.
